Maci is quietly waiting to finally arrive

Maci is a small, gentle dog who has already been through a lot in her life. Born around 2021, she originally came from a kill shelter, from which she was rescued. For a short time, it seemed her life was taking a turn for the better when she was adopted into a home. Sadly, this happiness did not last—when her owners moved abroad, they left Maci behind.

Since then, she has become even more cautious. In the shelter, she appears shy and reserved, often choosing to observe from a distance and needing time to build trust. Deep down, she is an incredibly sweet and gentle soul who means no harm to anyone.

The busy and noisy shelter environment is overwhelming for her. What Maci truly needs is a calm and stable home where she can feel safe. With patient and understanding people, she can slowly begin to open up and gain confidence.

A friendly, calm second dog would be a great support for her, as she tends to orient herself toward other dogs and finds comfort in their presence.

Once Maci learns to trust, she reveals her loving nature and becomes a loyal and gentle companion.

Maci has already lost her home once. Now she is looking for people who will give her security and a place where she can stay forever.
