About Pina

Pina is a very fearful and reserved female dog who initially avoids physical contact with unfamiliar people. In situations where she feels unsafe or overwhelmed, she may react defensively and could potentially snap out of fear. She is currently living in a shelter in Debrecen (Hungary) and is well socialized with other dogs.

In terms of character, Pina is extremely sensitive and only builds trust very slowly. New people and unfamiliar environments make her feel insecure, which is why she tends to withdraw at first and carefully observe her surroundings from a distance. With patience, calmness, and gentle guidance, she gradually begins to open up and then shows her soft, affectionate side.

Pina comes from difficult circumstances where she grew up without sufficient security, structure, or affection. In the shelter, she is now slowly learning that humans can be kind, that food is reliably available, and that affection can be something positive.

Pina is looking for a very calm, stable, and loving home without pressure or chaos. A confident resident dog could help her feel more secure and provide orientation. A household with small children or a noisy environment is not suitable for her at this time. She needs people who are patient, understanding, and willing to let trust develop at her own pace.
